- Responsible for setting up and maintaining lighting equipment, including power distribution and cable management.
- Manages the lighting crew, ensuring they have the necessary equipment and are following safety protocols.
- May handle equipment rentals, inventory, and budget management.
- Ensures the lighting setup aligns with the director of photography's vision
